Hope the first month of 2022 has treated everyone well. If you are in the shrink wrap installation business, always remember to “think outside the boat” for year-round installation opportunities. This time of year does not need to be your “off-season” in shrink wrapping! There is almost always something being transported down the road or sitting outdoors that could use shrink wrap protection.

Thank you to everyone who donated at our blood drive on January 12th! We had a total of 17 donations which means 51 lives saved!
We will be hosting another blood drive on Wednesday, April 20th. We are in need of donors to fill our schedule!
As most of you are aware, there is a nationwide blood shortage, so every donation is crucial and appreciated. Please sign up today.
Where: 315 Washington St (Dr. Shrink parking lot) on the Versiti Blood Center of Michigan Blood Bus.
When: Wednesday, April 20th from 9am – 3pm
Delicious local Two Slices cookies will be provided. There are a total of 36 appointment slots for donations, with a goal of collecting 19 units (pints).

Dr. Shrink’s new Reinforced Shrink Wrap is designed for shrink wrap applications requiring higher durability and protection over the use of non-reinforced standard shrink wrap. Reinforced Shrink Wrap is available in 20’, 33’, and 40’ widths. All sizes are 100′ in length and have 10-mil thickness.
Our Reinforced Shrink Wrap is a white four-layer reinforced shrink wrap that combines the strength of scrim-reinforcement with the heat shrink properties of conventional shrink wrap. This product is engineered to be lightweight and flexible for exceptional cold-crack resistance in low temperatures. The outer layers consist of an opaque white high-strength polyethylene film with added U.V. and thermal stabilizers to reduce heat build-up beneath the enclosure, condensation, and to provide exposed outdoor longevity of approximately 1-year.

Zipper Access Doors are taped on the finished shrink wrap cover to allow access into a shrink wrapped object without compromising the durability of the cover. Use a film knife to cut the inside of the opening for access into the shrink wrapped object.
