Keeping Plexiglass, gelcoat and graphic surfaces in top shape during winter storage or transportation requires a tight and durable shrink wrap cover, as well as the proper materials to protect it. Dr. Shrink’s Anti-Chafe Tape provides a tough barrier to prevent scratching and chafing where shrink wrap touches the gelcoat, paint, graphics or Plexiglass.
It is constructed from high-performance polyethylene film with a light tack adhesive. The Anti-Chafe Tape also features a 1.5 mil thick backing and UV-protection. Designed to leave no residue, it provides a protected surface between the shrink wrap and the covered asset.
